Lonely hat found at Montague Park Playground on Saturday Aug 29th. We see lots of lost stuff but for some reason this child-sized hat is tugging at my heartstrings and I feel the need to reunite it with its owner. Recognise this hat? Email me at victoriablog@yahoo.ca
